I sit inside my tired skin and ache from head to toe. My emotions spill out, over flowing beyond my control. I want so bad for happiness to rain down upon us all, but without grief, the unhappy woes of this life, we cannot know the warmth of the light. Embracing this darkness is so hard to do, hugging blindly, holding on too, the dear in you. Blindness making our selves open up to the all the other senses we keep locked down. Fighting every last tear, every last emotion till we hear the words that work against us. Fighting harder everyday to ignore whats going on, that we are fighting losing battles, so as to keep our souls distracted, to not get bogged down. I dare you to cry for all you see that makes your soul squeeze. I dare you to open up and grieve for all you see. I dare you to not apologize and to stop others for doing the same. I encourage hugs, touches and smiles to help someone fight their battles and let them weep away. You don’t need to know what to say or how to fix it, sometimes saying nothing at all and gentle touch will say it all the same. So grieve it all out and do as you need. Give it all the world, grieve as you would be happier in all the same. So for all of you that are battling today, I will cry for your darkness all the tears, in all the ways I will cry and grieve for all of these in this year.
I will cry for your darkness…
